Oreo Cookies Exposed!

It has been reported to me that one single little oreo cookie has 62 ingredients in it that stimulate the appetite! Shocking!! Artificial sweeteners actually increase the appetite! Since the body is not "satisfied" by these sweeteners, it will continue to crave until it is satisfied.

Have you ever wondered why 30% of the US population is now considered obese? All these people on diets, eating diet foods, "low in calories", "non-fat", and full of ingredients a PH. D. couldn't even pronounce. Sick. Oh, yes, it makes us sick too. Research shows artificial sweeteners have been linked to cancer, migraines, depression, birth defects, infertility, seizures, thyroid problems, and weight gain.

What did you wash that delicious oreo cookie down with? Milk or diet soda? Let's say you did the "wholesome" thing - you drank milk. Well, where did the milk come from? Okay, yeah - a cow. But what kind of cow?? Is that cow allowed to roam the open fields of green and eat grass like they are created to do? Are they "free range"? Are they "organic"? (Meaning they are not pumped full of hormones and pesticides and...) Oh dear, did I spoil your appitite?
